Purchasing Policy

All regular priced merchandise in “new condition” is refundable or exchangeable within seven (7) days of purchase,
with proof of purchase.

Merchandise purchased on sale is not refundable.

Merchandise purchased on sale at 30% off or less can be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase, or a store-wide gift-card may be issued for the purchase amount.

Merchandise purchased on sale exceeding 30% is considered a final sale and is not refundable or exchangeable.

No returns are accepted on custom-made articles (ex: drapes, furniture, etc.) or altered goods.

This policy excludes the following list of merchandise not refundable or exchangeable for hygienic reasons:

Beauty products
Fashion jewellery
Hats
Pantyhose and stockings
Sunglasses
Swimwear
Undergarments
Wigs
